As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Fahis, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the effectiveness of quality policies and procedures related to technical and field services. You will work closely with technical teams to verify that processes comply with national and international standards, ensuring reliable services for our clients.
2) Duties & Responsibilities
Review and update approved work procedures to ensure quality.
Conduct periodic audits of field and laboratory technical operations.
Prepare assessment and compliance reports and provide improvement recommendations.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve and document nonconformities.
Participate in preparing quality-training plans in cooperation with Human Resources.
Monitor updates issued by regulatory bodies such as SASO and ISO and implement them.
3) Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a technical or industrial environment.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and accreditation standards.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare accurate reports.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency with quality-management tools and software.
4) Preferred Skills
ISO Internal Auditor certification (if available).
Previous experience in inspection, technical assessment, or calibration.
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and under time pressure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
