As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Fahes, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the effective implementation of quality policies and procedures related to technical and field services. You will work closely with technical teams to verify compliance with national and international standards, ensuring reliable services are delivered to our clients.
Review and update approved quality assurance procedures.
Conduct periodic audits of field and laboratory technical operations.
Prepare evaluation and compliance reports and provide improvement recommendations.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve non-conformities and document them.
Participate in developing quality training plans in cooperation with the HR department.
Monitor updates issued by regulatory bodies such as SASO and ISO and ensure their application.
